How ordering works
This website is a catalogue. It does not take payment. To buy a piece, you message us on WhatsApp (or call or email us), and we agree the details with you personally in that conversation.
Adding a piece to your cart, or sending us an enquiry, is not an order. An order exists only when we have confirmed it to you in writing in our conversation and the agreed payment has been made. Until then we may decline or change an enquiry, for example if a piece has sold or cannot be made as described.
Prices, pieces and photos
Prices on the site are a guide and can change, because gold and silver prices move. The price we confirm in the conversation is the price you pay. Every piece is made by hand, so it may differ slightly from its photograph in colour, finish and weight. We will tell you the metal, weight and purity of a piece before you pay.
Payment, delivery and returns
Payment method, delivery arrangements and returns are agreed with you in the WhatsApp conversation before you pay. Please read the confirmation carefully, and ask us if anything is unclear. Our general approach is set out on the Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchange pages. Where what we agreed with you in writing is more specific, that agreement applies.
Custom orders
We can make pieces to your design for customers in Kuwait and the wider Gulf. A custom piece is made specially for you, so once we have started it, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is faulty or not as we agreed. We will confirm the design, size, metal and price with you before we begin.
Customers in India
For customers in India we currently offer ready-made pieces only. Import duties, customs charges and taxes may apply when jewellery is sent to India. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, these are paid by the buyer, and we will explain the position before you pay. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under Indian consumer law.
Accounts and sign-in
You do not need an account to browse. If you create one, keep your sign-in details private and give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it. We may close an account that is used to break these terms.
Using the website
You agree not to:
- use the site for anything unlawful, or to mislead or harm anyone;
- try to get into parts of the site or its systems that are not meant for you;
- copy or scrape the catalogue in bulk, or overload the site.
Designs and photos
The designs, photographs, text and logo on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view them and share a link to a piece, but please do not copy, sell or reproduce them without our written permission.
Our responsibility
We take care to describe our pieces accurately and to keep the site running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for problems caused by things outside our control, such as delays by delivery companies or customs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any right you have as a consumer that cannot be taken away.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the courts of Kuwait can hear any dispute. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the protections that the mandatory consumer laws of your country give you, and these terms do not remove them.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in force when we confirm your order are the ones that apply to it.
